How Does It Work!
We’ll design, build & deliver a tailored virtual desktop solution that you can access through a web browser. You can also use the remote desktop app, which works on Macs, Windows, and Android devices.
In essence, you'll have access to a virtual desktop solution, managed by your IT team or ours.
We will install any business software you require in your virtual desktops, and can look after everything so you can log in and start working on a secure, reliable, and supported system.
Your Own Solution!
One of the most significant risks in IT is vendor lock-in. Unfortunately, when you choose a hosting provider, they often compel you to use their specific hosting infrastructure.
This means that your data resides on the provider’s servers, which are part of a remote infrastructure shared by multiple other companies (tenants).
Consequently, you’re left with no choice but to place your trust in the provider and persist with their service, regardless of its quality. The expense associated with switching to a different vendor can be so high that you effectively remain tied to the original provider.
Unlike a typical hosting company that relies on its own infrastructure to provide services, we take a different approach. We will construct the virtual desktop solution directly within your Microsoft cloud account or on-premises server.
This way, you retain complete control over the infrastructure and security, all while keeping your data and solution within your own IT environment and cloud account.

Test and Customize: During the PoC phase, you'll have the opportunity to test the virtual solution, customize settings, and make it your own. We're committed to ensuring that the solution perfectly fits your business requirements. Data Migration: Our migration experts will safely transfer your existing data, applications, and IT services to the new virtual environment. This process is designed to be seamless and efficient, with minimal disruption to your operations. Your Approval: We won't proceed with the full deployment until you're completely satisfied with the PoC. Your approval is essential to ensure that we're providing the best possible solution for your business. Grand Cutover: Once you've given us the green light, we'll orchestrate a smooth transition to your new virtual desktop environment. Your old setup will be replaced with the new solution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

How to cancel a subscription?If you find our service doesn't meet your needs or wish to cancel your subscription, simply submit a support ticket. We'll promptly cancel your account without any questions. Please note that after 30 days of cancellation, your desktop and associated data will be deleted. To ensure you have access to your data, we recommend transferring it within this timeframe. Our support team is available to assist you with the transfer process.

How does billing work?We bill you monthly. Your invoice will arrive in your mailbox at the beginning of each month, and payment is due within 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us. While we appreciate prompt payments, we don't stress over deadlines.

Who can access my virtual desktop?Your virtual desktop and administrative access will be exclusive to you. If you need our assistance, we will collaborate with you through a TeamViewer (screensharing) session, but only with your consent. All interactions will be logged, and you will receive a link to view these logs at any time.

Can you provide with a GPU installed virtual desktop?We're excited to announce that virtual desktops with GPU support are now available. We offer NVIDIA and AMD GPUs to power your workloads that demand graphics-intensive tasks like design, rendering, 3D modeling, data processing, and visualization.
